Interesting and educational tour in Machu Picchu
We booked a tour to Machu Picchu for two days. The first day was for arrival and the second day was for the ruins and the return journey. Everything worked out well in terms of timing and the hostel, which was included, was very comfortable and in a good location. The tour was guided more from a distance, which means that we were only guided by one person in Machu Picchu and when we were picked up in Cusco. However, there were communication problems with the tour guide on site. On the one hand, because the connection via WhatsApp was weaker in the mountains, and on the other hand, she seemed a bit disorganized. For example, we couldn't find her at the entrance to Machu Picchu, even though we arrived on time. However, the agency helped immediately as soon as I contacted them and was able to clear up any problems in the moment. The tour guide was also very nice, spoke slowly, was knowledgeable and gave us breaks to rest. He also gave us enough time to take photos. He is also very committed when it comes to taking pictures. Great agency and tours
I started the quote with Carlos almost 2 months before the trip and he was always very attentive, we closed all the tours with him (best price and attention among all the ones I quoted). We were very well received and the walking tour and city tour were with Carlos, who continued to pay attention to us during the other 5 days in which the tours were with other guides. We liked all the guides, especially Franco and Juanca.
