Pick up at your hotel from 4:20 to 5:00 a.m.
It takes 3 hours by touristic bus from Cusco to the beginning of the lake trail Humantay.
It takes 2 hours of walking uphill from the trailhead to the lake. Humantay (3 km upwards)

We will pick everyone up from their respective hotels between 4:20 and 5:00 am then we will head to the town of Mollepata by bus for 2 hours where we will stop at the restaurant for a delicious breakfast, which will be taken approximately one hour and then we continue in the same bus via trocha (dirt road) for 1 hour more to the beginning of the trek called Soraypampa at 3800 m, then we go to the checkpoint to pay the entrance fee to the community (20 soles for foreigners and 10 soles for Peruvians). Then we prepare for the hike to the lake. Humantay for about 2 hours walking uphill for a distance of 3 km. Once at the lagoon Humantay you will have enough time to take pictures of the spectacular scenery, listen to the guide’s explanations and enjoy all the wonderful scenery of the area. The time you will spend at the Lake Humantay is from 45 minutes to 1 hour depending on the weather conditions, sometimes it is cloudy, foggy or a little rainy and it is very cold, in that case you will stay about 30 minutes, if the weather is sunny and clear you can stay about 1 hour is enough time to see the lake.
